Dolce Gusto Coffee Capsule, Plastic Refillable Compatible, should have been the new model, not Reusable Dolce Gusto Coffee Capsule, Dolce Gator. Yes, they’re plastic, but they’re not Reusable, and what’s worse is the fact that they are going to waste, and probably get into the landfill. I’ve read it is a new product that is touted to save money by using less beans, but this one seems a little off to me. This is just so bad.

If you buy Pouches, there is something called Plastic Postage, which you will know if you are doing this, as it is on the label. If you are looking for a Reusable Dolce G Gusto Capsule, Plastic, that is affordable then look no further than Pouches. The cost of shipping is cut in half, but the cost of purchasing this is now out of your budget. This really defeats the whole purpose of recycling. It makes no sense, I guess, but hey, we’re all environmentally conscious, right? This is an easy way to go, and even the coffee addicts will use them now, because they are also disposable but reusable. You won’t be able to recycle them, and all of the other pods and pouches, while they are the same, are not reusable either.

You can expect that with quality plastic, you will be getting your coffee and the bean grounds out without much effort, but if you look online, you will find the best bags, and you will get your money’s worth. With a Reusable Dolce G Gusto Capsule, Dolce Gator, you will be saving money and getting a container that is going to last a very long time, instead of throwing it out after use.

How do I place the pod ?

Your coffee will only taste as good as the grinds you put in.

Make sure you are using a good coffee, preferably something with a bold strong taste.

The finer the grind the bolder/stronger the taste.

If you are making an espresso, the grind MUST be an espresso grind.

If you try and use regular coffee in the capsule it will come out weak.




 How much coffee grind should I put in?  

Use the scoop which is provided in every single package and filling about 2 – 3 scoops of coffee grind is ideal. Be sure to pat the grinds down loosely, not too tight.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
