Order Cancellations

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Our Cancellations Policy

1.Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2.Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

3.Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

4.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returning For Replacement or Refund

1.Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

2.If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

3.custom tailor can not accept any reason cancel and retreun.

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items

You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements.

Dress is not the size you ordered

Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit

Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible

Return Process

1.Submit a return request to seller within 15 days of your order?s shipment*. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from my shop.

2. Once our sellers has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.

3. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

Q: What is your shipping way?

A: To make sure all the buyers could get the parcel in time and safely, most of our parcels are send by HK DHL and EMS, expect some countries (Russia, and Middle East) which have troubles with custom clearance, we send by EMS only. Please kindly noted.

 

.Q: What is the tracking that you supply on the website is not correct?

A: Since the parcels are send by HK DHL, we need to ship the parcels to Shenzhen, then transport to HK, and then from HK to the destination. So the first tracking number that we supply is temporarily, when parcel arrive HK DHL, they will change the AWB and give us the updated tracking number. We will updated the tracking number to you by message or email, and following the parcels for you.

 

.Q: Why we still don?t receive the parcel after the parcel sent out for a long time?

A: The most reason is the delay while custom clearance. For our buyer don?t pay big tax when you get it, we will apply a low value at the custom, but if the custom is strict, the parcel will be delay or return when transport to HK, another reason is when the parcels be return, we have to arrange resend the parcels. Please don?t worry, for sure we will send the dresses to you as soon as possible.

 

.Q: Need the dress for Party, Wedding, or Urgently.

A: Since we are manufactory, we have lots of orders and they are complicated. If you have urgent requirement please confirm with us before you make the order, because most of our products are hand-make, rush time sometimes will cause the dress is not perfect, and this is not good for the both size, we don?t want any defect dress send out from our factory. Hope you could understand us.

 

.Q: Can I have custom-made size?

A: Yes, we can accept custom-made size, but custom-made size has extra cost $30 for patterns and it will takes 20 to 30days. If you could accept, we could make for you.

 

.Q: Do you make OEM?

A: Client only need to pay $100 at the first and supply you design of the label, we will make the label for you on all the dresses that you buy from us, and don?t need to pay extra fee( expect client change the design of the label).

 

.Q: Your size chart is according to what standard?

A: The size chart that you saw from our website is USA standard size chart, please choose the size according to our size chart for avoid any mistake for the size.

 

.Q: It’s only from size 4 to size 14 can be chosen, do you make bigger size?
A: Normally we only make from size 4 to size 14. If you need bigger size, can order. 

Big size cost 20% more from size 16 to size 24. And takes about 20-30 days for production.

 

.Q: Can we change the color of the fabric of the dress?
A: Yes, you can change the color of the fabric. It will cost $10 more and also takes longer time. 

Cause we need to purchase the fabric and the accessory, beading according to the new color. Takes about 20-30 days also.

 

.Q: If I want to order a custom made dress, and my measurements are big, like bust 42″ waist 36″ and hips 46″, what is the cost?
A: You need to add 20% more and then add $30 for the custom made. For example, the dress cost $100, custom made + big size is $100*1.2+$30=$150.00
20% is for the extra material, like fabric, beading and labor cost is much more higher for big size. 
$30 is for the pattens cost only.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Order cancellation
